Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures Disposable Paper Cups (PE/PLA) manufacturer supply for food service and retail programmes. We run lamination, printing and paper cup lines in the Yangtze River Delta, producing single-wall and double-wall drinking cups with PE or PLA coatings, custom print and export packing.
As a Disposable Paper Cups (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our disposable paper cup range covers the two formats most food service and retail buyers order: single-layer paper cups for small-capacity tasting and espresso service, and double-layer paper coffee cups for hot drinks where hand comfort and rigidity matter. Both formats are produced on our own paper cup lines, with in-house lamination and printing upstream, so coating, board grade and print registration are controlled before the cup is formed.
We supply these cups as part of a wider Disposable Paper Food Packaging programme, which lets a single order combine cups, bowls, tubs, boxes and bags under one specification and one delivery schedule.
| Format | Structure | Typical Application | Coating Options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single-Layer Paper Small-Capacity Tasting Cup | Single wall, light board | Tasting, sampling, espresso, water service | PE or PLA |
| Double-Layer Paper Coffee Cup | Double wall, insulated body | Hot coffee, tea, takeaway beverage chains | PE or PLA |
| Custom sizes and print | Built to sample or drawing | Branded beverage programmes, private label | PE or PLA |
The coating is the functional heart of a paper cup. PE coating gives a proven moisture barrier for both hot and cold drinks and is the standard choice where local rules still permit conventional polyethylene. PLA coating is a biobased alternative for programmes that need a compostable or renewable-carbon story at the cup wall.
Every cup order is defined by a working point, not a catalogue number. We confirm the following before tooling and print plates are committed:
We print in-house on our own lines, which means artwork can be proofed against the actual cup geometry rather than a flat template. Customers send artwork files, brand guidelines or a physical reference cup; we return a print layout for approval and a physical sample for handling and leak checks.
Customisation covers size, board, coating, print and structure. Where a customer needs a cup that matches an existing lid, carrier or dispenser, we work from the mating component dimensions so the finished cup seats correctly in the customer's existing equipment.
Our production is supported by ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC certification, with ISO 45001 covering occupational health and safety management. Cups are checked through the run for seam integrity, bottom seal, rim roundness and print registration, and finished goods are inspected before packing.
| Check | What We Verify | Method |
|---|---|---|
| Seam and bottom seal | No leakage under hot and cold fill | Fill and hold test on sampled cups |
| Rim and lid fit | Rim roundness, lid retention | Gauge check and lid trial |
| Print quality | Registration, colour match to approved proof | Visual comparison against golden sample |
| Food contact | Board, coating and ink suitability | Supplier documentation and compliance review |
Our facility operates more than 200 units of production equipment across lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines. That breadth lets us schedule cup runs alongside related items in the same order, which simplifies container loading and reduces the number of suppliers a customer has to coordinate.
Cups are nested and sleeved, then cartoned to the count agreed in the specification. We confirm carton dimensions, gross weight and pallet pattern so the customer's warehouse and container planning match what actually ships.
Paper cups are rarely ordered alone. Customers building a full food service kit typically combine cups with Disposable Paper Bowls (PE/PLA) and Disposable Paper Tubs (PE/PLA) for hot food, and with cutlery sets where a complete meal kit is required. Because these run through the same quality system, the coating and board specification stays consistent across the range.
To prepare an accurate cup specification and quotation, we work from the following project inputs. Where a customer has an existing cup, a physical sample is the fastest route to a matched specification.
Yes. We run both PE and PLA coated board through our lamination and cup lines. PLA coating is selected for programmes that need a biobased or compostable-oriented cup wall, and we confirm the board, coating and ink combination against the target market requirement before production.
We do. Customers provide artwork files or brand guidelines, and we return a print layout proofed against the actual cup geometry. A physical printed sample is produced for approval before the mass production run begins.
Our standard range covers small-capacity single-layer tasting cups and double-layer coffee cups, and we build custom sizes from a sample or drawing. Volume, top and bottom diameter, height and rim type are confirmed in the specification before tooling is committed.

Yes. Cups can be scheduled alongside bowls, tubs, boxes, bags and cutlery sets from our wider Disposable Paper Food Packaging range, which simplifies container loading and keeps coating and board specifications consistent across the order.
