Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a Disposable Cutlery Set manufacturer based in the Yangtze River Delta, producing wrapped cutlery kits for foodservice, takeaway, airline catering and retail food programmes. Established in March 2016, we run more than 200 units of production equipment across lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines.
Our cutlery range covers four wrapping formats — laminated film, OPP film, PE-coated paper and 100% biodegradable PLA — so a single project can move between a standard PE build and a compostable build without changing the kit layout, the cutlery count or the brand print position.
As a Disposable Cutlery Set Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
A disposable cutlery set is a sealed kit combining eating utensils with the accessories a meal actually needs: fork, knife, spoon, sometimes chopsticks, plus napkin, toothpick, salt and pepper sachets or a sugar stick. We assemble, wrap and print these kits as one finished unit, which means the cutlery, the wrap and the printed brand panel are specified together rather than sourced separately.
Kits are supplied in the four wrapping formats below. Each format suits a different combination of barrier requirement, budget position, brand presentation and end-of-life claim, and each can carry the same internal cutlery configuration.
| Wrapping Format | Typical Wrap Material | Application Fit | Brand Presentation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Laminated Film Wrapped Disposable Cutlery Sets (PE/PLA) | Composite / laminated film, PE or PLA grade | Takeaway, delivery, canteen and chain restaurant programmes needing a firmer, more protective wrap | Multi-colour print on a smooth, opaque surface |
| OPP Film Wrapped Disposable Cutlery Sets | Oriented polypropylene film | High-volume foodservice, airline and catering kits where the cutlery should stay visible | Clear wrap with printed logo band |
| Wholesale PE-Coated Paper Wrapped Disposable Cutlery Sets Manufacturers | Paper wrap with PE coating | Premium takeaway and dine-in service where a paper feel and print quality matter | Full-surface paper print, matte or gloss |
| 100% Biodegradable PLA Wrapped Disposable Cutlery Sets | PLA-based film or coated paper | Markets with compostable or single-use-plastic restrictions | Compostable print substrate with brand panel |
Representative kits from the range include the Disposable Take-Out Tableware Set With Four Pieces In Composite Film, the Airline Restaurant OEM Disposable BPI Plastic Free Compost CPLA Cutlery Knife Fork Spoon Biodegradable Tableware Flatware Back and the Four-Piece Disposable Biodegradable Tableware Set.
The cutlery count and composition drive the wrap width, the seal position and the carton count, so we fix the kit contents before the wrap specification. The variables we work with on every cutlery set project are:
Cutlery sets are consumed at the point where a meal is handed over, so the wrap has to survive transport, storage and dispensing without splitting or losing print legibility. The four formats map onto different channel conditions.
Laminated film and PE-coated paper wraps hold their shape in a bag with other containers and keep the brand panel readable on the counter.
OPP film keeps the utensil visible for tray inspection, and the kit can be built to a fixed count for high-volume assembly.
PLA-wrapped kits pair a bio-based wrap with bio-based cutlery for markets restricting single-use plastic items.
Cutlery sets are food-contact products, so material grade and process control are specified at the same time as the wrap. We select wrap and utensil materials against the meal type, the storage temperature and the market's packaging rules, and we keep the material traceable from raw material intake through to the finished kit.
Our facility covers lamination, printing and tableware packaging lines in one industrial chain, which keeps the wrap, the print and the finished kit under one quality system instead of three separate suppliers.
We develop cutlery sets from customer samples, drawings, sizes, materials, printing requirements and application scenarios. The working sequence is requirement analysis, design and development, sampling and adjustment, testing and compliance check, then production and delivery after sample approval.
Custom work we support on this range includes kit composition changes, wrap material substitution between PE and PLA grades, artwork and logo layout, wrap width adjustment for a new utensil count, and carton or dispenser packing changes. Our sales team works in English, Spanish, Russian and other languages, and logistics from the Yangtze River Delta supports sea, air and land shipment with order tracking.
A cutlery set quotation is only meaningful once the kit and the wrap are both fixed. These are the inputs we work from when preparing a configuration and price.
| Project Input | Why We Need It |
|---|---|
| Kit contents and utensil count | Sets the wrap width, seal type and unit cost |
| Utensil and wrap material preference | Determines whether the kit is PE-based or compostable |
| Target market and packaging rules | Drives material grade and compliance documentation |
| Artwork, logo and print colours | Used for the print layout and the approval sample |
| Order volume and delivery pattern | Sets the production run and packing format |
| Carton count and labelling | Matches the kit to your warehouse and distribution flow |
Cutlery sets are usually ordered alongside the rest of a takeaway or dine-in packaging programme. We produce the full set from one facility, which keeps material grades and print quality consistent across the order.
Yes. The kit layout, utensil count and print position stay the same while the wrap material changes between laminated film, OPP film, PE-coated paper and PLA. This lets a customer run a standard line for one market and a compostable line for another from one approved kit design.
We build kits with PP, CPLA and other bio-based utensil grades, and we can mix Western and Asian formats such as fork, knife, spoon and chopsticks in a single wrap. The utensil grade is selected against the food type and the stiffness the meal requires.
Wrap width follows the kit contents. Adding a napkin, sachets or a longer spoon changes the required wrap width and seal position, so we confirm the full kit list before finalising the wrap specification and the print layout.
We provide samples for testing, review and improvement before mass production, and we run a testing and compliance check on product performance and food safety. Production and delivery are arranged after sample approval.
Our packaging products are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC, and we hold LRQA ISO 45001 certification along with utility model patents and high-tech enterprise recognition. Certification documents are issued with the order where the destination market requires them.
Yes. Logo, brand colour, QR codes and market-specific artwork are printed on the wrap face, and the print layout is approved on the sample before the production run. Individual packaging and logo printing are available across the cutlery set range.
