Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of eco-friendly food service and retail packaging. This category covers our disposable silicone-coated paper (PE/PLA) range: release paper and barrier-coated paper supplied in rolls and converted formats for wrapping, lining, interleaving and tray contact applications.
We run lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines across more than 200 production units, so coated paper is produced alongside the containers and cutlery sets it is used with. That lets us match coating, base paper and format to the food contact duty in your line rather than selling a single stock grade.
As a Disposable Silicone-Coated Paper (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our Disposable Silicone-Coated Paper (PE/PLA) manufacturer range is built around two coating families. Silicone-coated grades provide a non-stick release surface for sticky, greasy or high-sugar foods. PE and PLA-coated grades provide a moisture and grease barrier for wrapping and lining where a sealable or heat-resistant surface is needed.
Both families are supplied as roll stock or as converted sheets, interleaves and die-cut pieces. Because we also produce cups, bowls, tubs, boxes and bags, coated paper can be specified as part of a complete food service packaging programme.
Coated paper is usually the contact layer between food and a container, tray or wrapping line. The correct grade depends on what the food releases — oil, water, sauce, sugar or steam — and on whether the paper must seal, release or simply protect.
| Application | Typical Coating | Key Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Bakery and oven tray liners | Silicone, one or two side | Release performance and heat resistance |
| Burger, sandwich and wrap interleaves | Silicone or PE | Grease holdout, foldability, print registration |
| Tray and basket liners | PE or PLA | Moisture barrier and wet strength |
| Confectionery and sticky food wrapping | Silicone release | Clean release without residue transfer |
| Lidding and sealed wrap | PE or PLA, heat-sealable | Seal strength and peel behaviour |
| Retail and deli counter interleaving | Silicone or PE | Food contact compliance and clean cut edges |
Coated paper is specified by the working point, not by a single number. We confirm the following variables against your filling, wrapping or baking process before a quotation is issued.
Our lamination and printing lines convert coated paper into the format your line consumes. Roll stock is slit to width and wound to the core size your unwinder accepts. Sheet and die-cut formats are cut to the profile your wrapping or tray-loading equipment places.
Where coated paper is used with our own containers, we align the paper format with the cup, bowl, tub or box it accompanies. This matters on automated lines where a liner, interleaf or wrap is placed by vacuum, friction or pick-and-place tooling.
Coated paper carries brand printing well because the coating controls ink absorption. We support logo, pattern and regulatory printing on roll and sheet formats, with colour reference agreed at sampling. Printed coated paper is often specified together with our Disposable Paper Food Boxes (PE/PLA) and Disposable Paper Food Bags (PE/PLA) so that the outer pack and inner liner share one visual system.
Coated paper is checked at incoming material, during coating and converting, and at final inspection. We manage each order against agreed standards so that release, barrier and print performance stay consistent between production runs.
Our packaging operations work under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC certification, with ISO 45001 covering occupational health and safety management. Certification scope and current certificates are confirmed with the order documents.
We develop coated paper against customer samples, drawings, sizes, materials, printing requirements and application scenarios. Custom work typically covers base paper grade, coating type and side, roll or sheet format, print layout and pack quantity.
Rolls are wrapped and palletized for container loading; sheets and die-cut pieces are packed in cartons or on pallets according to the format and handling route. Our location in the Yangtze River Delta gives us access to sea, air and land freight, and we coordinate order tracking through to delivery.
To prepare a coated paper specification and quotation, we work from the following project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the closer the first sample will be to production intent.
Coated paper is one part of our Disposable Paper Food Packaging range. Customers building a complete food service programme often specify coated paper alongside cups, bowls, tubs, boxes and bags, and with our Disposable Cutlery Set formats where a wrapped meal kit is required.
Silicone coating creates a non-stick release surface, so sticky or greasy food lifts away cleanly. PE and PLA coatings create a moisture and grease barrier and can be heat-sealed, which suits wrapping, lidding and tray lining. We help select the coating family from the food and the process conditions.
Yes. We supply roll stock slit to your required width and wound to your core size, as well as sheets and die-cut pieces cut to an agreed profile. Format is confirmed at sampling so the paper runs on your existing unwinder or placement equipment.
PLA coating is a bio-based option for customers specifying renewable-content or compostable structures. Suitability depends on the base paper, the coating weight and the disposal route accepted in your market, so we confirm the full structure rather than the coating alone.
We print logos, patterns and regulatory information on coated paper in roll and sheet formats. Artwork, colour reference and repeat length are agreed before production, and printed proofs are checked against the approved reference.
Food safety and compliance documentation is prepared for the destination market as part of the order. Our packaging operations hold ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC certification, and the applicable certificates and declarations are confirmed with the order documents.
Send the food type, process conditions, required format, coating preference, print requirement and destination market. We review these inputs, propose a base paper and coating structure, and supply samples for testing before mass production.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
