Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a Disposable Paper Tubs (PE/PLA) manufacturer producing coated paper tubs, soup buckets and lidded containers for takeaway, delivery, catering and cinema food service. Established in March 2016 in the Yangtze River Delta, we run lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic and tableware packaging lines across more than 200 units of production equipment.
Our paper tub range is built around two coating systems: PE for standard hot and cold food contact, and PLA for compostable-oriented programmes. Both are produced on the same forming and printing platform, so a brand can move between coatings without changing artwork, tooling geometry or pallet configuration.
As a Disposable Paper Tubs (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
The tub family covers three working formats. Each one is a formed paper body with a rolled rim, matched to a lid or closure, and printed in-line or offset depending on run length and colour count.
| Product | Typical Application | Key Configuration Points |
|---|---|---|
| Disposable Small Soup Bucket With Lid | Soup, congee, sauce, dessert, single-portion delivery | PE or PLA coating, paper lid or PP lid, leak-resistant rim, single-wall or double-wall body |
| Disposable Double Wall Paper Cup for Hot Drink Custom Logo 8/12/16/20oz Paper Cup for Hot Drinks | Hot beverages, large-format soup, family-size takeaway | Double-wall insulation, 8–20 oz formats, custom logo printing, matched lid diameter |
| Disposable Popcorn Bucket With Lid | Cinema, event and snack retail packaging | Wide-mouth geometry, grease-resistant board, high-coverage print, optional lid |
Tubs sit alongside our Disposable Paper Cups (PE/PLA) and Disposable Paper Bowls (PE/PLA) in the wider Disposable Paper Food Packaging programme, which lets a single menu be packed from one supplier and one print specification.
Coating choice drives heat tolerance, grease resistance, end-of-life claims and unit cost. We confirm the working point before recommending either system.
Tub performance is defined by a small set of measurable parameters. These are the values we agree with the customer before tooling and print are locked.
| Parameter | What It Controls | Confirmed At |
|---|---|---|
| Top diameter and rim profile | Lid fit, stacking stability, denesting on the filling line | Drawing approval |
| Fill volume and brim capacity | Portion control, headspace for hot fill, overflow risk | Sample trial |
| Coating weight and coverage | Leak resistance, grease holdout, seal integrity | Incoming material inspection |
| Board caliper and stiffness | Rigidity under load, resistance to panel collapse | Pre-production sample |
| Print registration and colour | Brand consistency across production batches | Print proof and first-article check |
Customisation is handled in-house from artwork through to finished carton. We support the following as standard project options.
Our facility operates over 200 units of production equipment across lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines. That spread of lines is what allows a mixed paper and cutlery order to be produced and consolidated under one shipment.
Quality control follows a documented route from raw material selection through to final inspection. Products are tested for food safety, leak resistance, heat resistance and environmental requirements, and our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC, with ISO 45001 covering occupational health and safety. Certification evidence is available to support customer market-compliance submissions.
Custom packaging runs through a defined sequence so that tooling, print and material are all confirmed before mass production begins.
Our sales team works in English, Spanish and Russian, and we coordinate sea, air and land transport with order tracking from the Yangtze River Delta logistics base.
A paper tub quotation is only accurate when the working point is known. These are the inputs that let us confirm tooling, material and price without a second round of questions.
| Input | Why We Need It |
|---|---|
| Food type, serving temperature and holding time | Determines PE or PLA coating, board grade and wall construction |
| Target fill volume and lid requirement | Sets tub geometry, rim profile and lid matching |
| Artwork files or brand reference | Drives print method, colour count and plate or cylinder preparation |
| Order quantity and repeat pattern | Sets run length, tooling amortisation and production scheduling |
| Destination market and compliance requirement | Confirms documentation, labelling and material declarations |
| Packing and pallet preference | Aligns carton count and container loading with your warehouse |
Yes. Both coatings run on the same forming platform, so a customer can hold a PE line for hot soup and a PLA line for a compostable-positioned range without duplicating artwork or changing pallet dimensions. We confirm which coating suits each SKU during requirement analysis.
Lids are quoted as part of the tub specification. We match paper or PP lids to the rim profile of the tub so that the closure seats correctly on the filling line and holds during transport. Lid type is confirmed at sample stage.
We print flexo and offset depending on run length, colour count and coverage. Full-wrap designs, matte and gloss finishes, and natural kraft surfaces are all supported. A print proof and first-article check are completed before mass production.
Tubs are checked for food safety, leak resistance, heat resistance and environmental requirements, with inspection through raw material selection, forming, printing and final packing. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC, and certification evidence can be supplied for market-compliance submissions.
Yes. Our lines cover paper cups, paper bowls, paper food boxes, paper bags, plastic food packaging and cutlery sets, so a menu can be sourced as one consolidated shipment. See the full Products range for the complete list of formats.
Timing depends on whether new tooling is required and how many sample rounds the design needs. We issue a production schedule once the sample is approved, and confirm delivery arrangements against your required in-market date.
