Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of eco-friendly food service packaging, established in March 2016 in the Yangtze River Delta. Our Disposable Paper Food Boxes (PE/PLA) manufacturer line covers PE-coated and PLA-coated structures for takeaway, delivery, catering and retail food applications.
We run more than 200 production units across lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines, which lets us support both standard box programs and customized structures under one roof.
As a Disposable Paper Food Boxes (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our disposable paper food boxes are formed from food-grade paperboard with a PE or PLA coating on the food-contact side. PE coating gives a proven moisture and grease barrier for hot and cold menus; PLA coating is a plant-based alternative for customers building compostable or renewable-material packaging programs.
Boxes are supplied flat or pre-erected depending on the structure, with options for window patching, vented lids, compartment dividers and locking tabs. We produce them as part of our broader Disposable Paper Food Packaging range, so a single order can combine boxes, cups, bowls and tubs with matched board grades and print.
Paper food boxes are specified by the menu, the holding time and the distribution channel rather than by box size alone. We match structure and coating to the actual working condition: how hot the food is packed, how long it is held, whether steam must escape, and whether the box travels in a bag, a delivery crate or a display case.
| Application | Typical Structure | Coating Focus | Key Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hot takeaway meals | Clamshell, tuck-top | PE, double side | Grease resistance, heat stability |
| Salads and chilled bowls | Two-piece lid and base | PE or PLA | Condensation control, lid fit |
| Bakery and snacks | Sleeve, window box | Light PE or uncoated | Print clarity, board stiffness |
| Multi-item bento | Compartmented box | PE | Divider sealing, stacking strength |
| Retail grab-and-go | Printed carton, window | PLA or PE | Shelf presentation, brand print |
Every box program is defined by a small set of dimensions and performance points. We confirm these against the customer's filling line and menu before tooling or printing begins.
Our facility operates multiple intelligent production lines for lamination, printing, box forming and tableware packaging. That mix supports repeat orders with consistent board grade, print and forming dimensions, and it allows us to run standard sizes alongside custom structures without changing supplier.
Dimensional accuracy is controlled at the die and forming stage, because a box that is a fraction out of tolerance can jam a filling line or fail to close on a delivery run. We check erected dimensions, lid fit and coating coverage against the approved sample throughout the run.
Our packaging is produced under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC quality systems, with ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management in place. Products are tested for food safety, leak resistance and heat resistance, and we support customers with the compliance documentation their market requires.
We develop boxes from customer samples, drawings, sizes, materials, printing requirements and application scenarios. In-house design and engineering support covers structure design, material selection, print layout and functional packaging development, so a new box can be sampled and adjusted before mass production.
Custom work typically includes size changes, compartment layouts, window placement, lid style, board grade and full-surface brand printing. Where a customer needs a coordinated program, we can align boxes with Disposable Paper Bowls (PE/PLA) and other items in the same board and print specification.
Paper food boxes sit within a full food service packaging portfolio, which helps customers consolidate orders and keep material and print consistent across a menu.
To prepare a box specification and quotation, we work from the following project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the faster we can confirm structure, board grade and print.
| Project Input | What We Need | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Food type and temperature | Hot, cold, greasy, saucy, dry | Determines coating and board grade |
| Target size and capacity | Dimensions or sample box | Sets tooling and forming dimensions |
| Coating preference | PE or PLA, single or double side | Defines barrier and sustainability profile |
| Print and brand files | Artwork, colours, coverage | Drives plate and print setup |
| Order volume and packing | Quantity, carton count, pallet plan | Shapes production and delivery planning |
| Compliance target market | Destination country and standard | Guides testing and documentation |
Our process runs from requirement analysis through design, sampling, testing, production and delivery. Samples are provided for testing and review before mass production, and orders are inspected and packed according to the approved specification.
Located in the Yangtze River Delta, we support sea, air and land transport with order tracking and delivery coordination. Our sales team works in English, Spanish and Russian, and we provide product guidance from design through after-sales support.
PE coating is a polyethylene barrier that gives reliable grease and moisture resistance for hot and cold food. PLA coating is a plant-based barrier used when a customer wants a renewable or compostable-oriented material profile. We produce both and match the coating to the food type, holding time and market requirement.
Yes. We develop boxes from samples, drawings, sizes, materials and application scenarios, including clamshell, tuck-top, two-piece, sleeve-and-tray and compartmented formats. Custom work covers dimensions, board grade, coating, window placement and full-surface printing.
Our packaging is produced under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC quality systems with ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management. We test for food safety, leak resistance and heat resistance, and we support customers with the material and compliance documentation their destination market requires.
Send the food type, target size or sample, coating preference, artwork, order volume and destination market. We review these inputs, recommend a structure and board grade, and provide samples for testing before mass production.
Yes. We manufacture paper cups, paper bowls, paper tubs, paper food bags, plastic food packaging and disposable cutlery sets. Customers can combine items in one program to keep board grade, print and delivery consistent across a menu.
