Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based Eco Friendly Disposable Food Containers manufacturer serving food service and retail programmes. Since March 2016 we have developed, produced and exported paper, plastic and cutlery packaging from our Yangtze River Delta facility, where more than 200 production units run lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic and tableware packaging lines.
As a Eco Friendly Disposable Food Containers Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our range covers the three packaging families most food service operators order together: paper food packaging, plastic food packaging and wrapped cutlery sets. Each family is produced on dedicated lines, so a single purchase order can combine hot cups, cold bowls, takeaway boxes, injection-molded or thermoformed containers and sealed cutlery without splitting the programme across several vendors.
Paper items are built around PE or PLA coated board for grease and moisture resistance. Plastic items use injection molding for rigid bowls and trays, or thermoforming for lighter-walled containers and handled boxes. Cutlery sets are assembled and wrapped in laminated film, OPP film, PE-coated paper or fully biodegradable PLA wrap.
| Product family | Typical items | Application fit | Key selection variables |
|---|---|---|---|
| Disposable Paper Food Packaging | Cups, bowls, tubs, food boxes, food bags, silicone-coated paper | Coffee and beverage service, noodle and soup counters, salad bars, bakery and takeaway | Board grammage, PE or PLA coating, wall structure, rim diameter, lid fit |
| Disposable Plastic Food Packaging | Injection-molded bowls, thermoformed boxes and trays, lids | Delivery and catering, roast and grill items, fresh food, dessert and retail packs | Wall thickness, cavity volume, closure type, stacking and denesting behaviour |
| Disposable Cutlery Set | Fork, spoon, knife, chopsticks, napkin kits in film or paper wrap | Takeaway counters, canteens, conference catering, airline and institutional meal service | Piece count, wrap material, seal integrity, print area, hygiene of the sealed pack |
Coating selection drives both performance and disposal route. PE coating gives a proven moisture and grease barrier for hot and cold food. PLA coating serves programmes that need a compostable barrier layer. Silicone-coated paper supports release applications such as baking and interleaving. For plastic items, injection molding delivers thicker walls and a more premium feel, while thermoforming keeps material use lower across large tray and box formats.
Board grammage, cup wall structure, bowl depth, lid engagement and container wall thickness are confirmed against the actual serving temperature, fill weight and transport distance before a specification is frozen.
Our production is managed under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC quality systems, with LRQA ISO 45001 certification and utility model patents held by the company. Incoming board, film and resin are checked against agreed specifications, and finished packaging is inspected for food safety, leak resistance, heat resistance and environmental requirements before release.
Where a market requires specific compliance documentation, our team prepares the relevant test and certification support alongside the order so the packaging can be cleared for the destination market.
Custom work follows a defined path: requirement analysis, design and development, sampling and adjustment, testing and compliance checks, then mass production, inspection, packing and delivery after sample approval. Our engineering team supports structure design, material selection, printing layout and functional packaging development, and our sales team works in English, Spanish and Russian.
Because the facility sits in the Yangtze River Delta, we coordinate sea, air and land transport with order tracking, which suits programmes that need repeat shipments rather than a single delivery.
| Input | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Food type, serving temperature and fill weight | Sets coating, board grammage and wall thickness |
| Target capacity and dimensions | Defines mould or forming tool and lid match |
| Disposal or compliance requirement | Selects PE, PLA or silicone-coated material |
| Artwork, logo and print coverage | Drives printing plate and layout preparation |
| Order quantity and shipment pattern | Plans production runs and packing configuration |
| Sample or drawing reference | Confirms structure and functional performance |
Yes. Paper cups, bowls, tubs, food boxes and bags, injection-molded and thermoformed containers, and wrapped cutlery sets are all produced in our facility, so a mixed order can be planned, inspected and shipped together.
PE coating is the standard barrier for hot and cold food service. PLA coating is selected when the programme requires a compostable barrier layer, and silicone-coated paper is used where release properties matter.
We print custom logos and artwork on cups, bowls, tubs, boxes, bags and cutlery wraps. Printing layout is developed during the design stage and confirmed on the sample before mass production.
Orders run under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC quality systems. Packaging is checked for food safety, leak resistance, heat resistance and environmental requirements, and inspection is completed before packing and delivery.
Yes. We develop packaging from customer samples, drawings, sizes, materials, printing requirements and application scenarios, then provide samples for testing and review before mass production.
Production is scheduled after sample approval, and we support sea, air and land transport with order tracking. Our Yangtze River Delta location gives access to mature logistics resources for repeat shipments.
