Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based Disposable Paper Bowls (PE/PLA) manufacturer supplying PE-coated and PLA-coated paper bowls with matching lids for noodle bars, salad counters, takeaway chains and retail food programmes. Our bowl lines run alongside lamination, printing, paper cup, tub, box and cutlery packaging equipment, so a single order can cover a complete meal kit.
As a Disposable Paper Bowls (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our disposable paper bowl range is built around two coating systems. PE-coated bowls use a polyethylene film for hot and cold food contact with strong resistance to moisture and grease. PLA-coated bowls use a plant-based polylactic acid film for customers specifying compostable food service packaging. Both formats are formed on dedicated paper bowl lines inside our 30,000 m² production base.
Bowls are supplied with optional paper or PET lids, in round and shallow-dish profiles, and in the diameters and depths required by the filling weight and serving format. Current production covers the two configurations below, and we develop additional sizes from customer samples or drawings.
| Configuration | Typical Use | Coating | Lid Option |
|---|---|---|---|
| Disposable Lamian Noodles Bowl Food Container With Lid | Noodle soups, ramen, congee, hot broths | PE or PLA | Vented paper or PET lid |
| Disposable Fruit Salad Shallow Dish Food Container With Lid | Salads, fruit, grain bowls, chilled desserts | PE or PLA | Flat or domed clear lid |
| Custom round bowl | Soups, ice cream, side dishes, catering | PE or PLA | To drawing |
| Custom shallow dish | Platters, sharing portions, bakery items | PE or PLA | To drawing |
Paper bowls sit between cups and tubs in our Disposable Paper Food Packaging range. Cups handle beverage and small-portion service, tubs handle larger sealed volumes such as ice cream and soup, and bowls cover open or lidded serving where the customer sees the food. Food boxes and food bags complete the takeaway set, while cutlery sets supply the eating tools.
Bowl performance depends on the board grade, coating weight, bottom diameter and rim geometry working together. We confirm these variables against the filling temperature, holding time and stacking height before quoting.
Our facility operates more than 200 units of production equipment across lamination, printing, paper bowl, paper cup, plastic and tableware packaging lines. Bowl forming runs on dedicated lines, with in-process checks on rim diameter, height, bottom seal and coating coverage through the run.
Because the coating is applied in-house during lamination, we control film weight and adhesion before the board reaches the forming line. That sequence keeps bowl-to-bowl variation small enough for automatic lid placement and for stacking in dispensers.
Food-contact packaging is managed under our ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC systems, with ISO 45001 covering occupational health and safety in production. Utility model patents and high-tech enterprise recognition support the structural and process work behind custom bowl development.
We develop bowls from customer samples, drawings, sizes, materials, printing requirements and application scenarios. Structural design, material selection and print layout are handled by our in-house engineering and design team, and samples are produced for testing and review before mass production begins.
Tooling is matched to the bowl diameter and depth, so a new size is a tooling decision as much as a printing decision. Once a sample is approved, the approved sample becomes the reference for production inspection.
Bowls are nested and packed in polybags inside export cartons, with carton counts set to the customer's handling and pallet configuration. Lids are packed separately or as a combined set depending on the order. Our Yangtze River Delta location gives us access to sea, air and land freight, and we coordinate order tracking through to delivery.
Spare capacity on the bowl lines and a stable, traceable raw material supply let us support both regular replenishment orders and bulk seasonal programmes.
Send the following and we will return a bowl specification, print layout and quotation:
Yes. Both coating systems are produced on the same bowl lines, so the same bowl size can be quoted in PE for standard hot and cold service or PLA for compostable specifications. We confirm which coating suits your filling temperature and holding time before finalizing the specification.
Lids are available for both the noodle bowl and the shallow salad dish, in paper or clear PET depending on whether you need venting or product visibility. Lids can be packed separately or combined with the bowls in the same carton.
Yes. We print customer artwork on the bowl body and lid using our in-house printing lines. Send vector artwork with the colour breakdown and we will confirm the print layout and coverage on the bowl blank before sampling.
We develop new bowl sizes from customer samples or drawings, including diameter, depth and rim profile changes. Tooling is matched to the new geometry, and an approved sample becomes the production reference before the order is released.
Our food-contact packaging is produced under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC systems, with ISO 45001 covering production safety. Finished bowls are checked for dimensions, leak resistance, heat resistance and food safety, and retained samples are kept for reference against the approved specification.
Send your serving format, target volume, coating preference, artwork and order quantity. Our team reviews the requirement, develops the structure and print layout, and provides samples for testing before mass production and delivery are scheduled.
