Anhui Guanxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures disposable thermoformed food packaging in PE and PLA for food service and retail customers. Established in March 2016 in the Yangtze River Delta, we run more than 200 units of production equipment across lamination, printing, paper cup, paper bowl, plastic product and tableware packaging lines.
Our Disposable Thermoformed Food Packaging (PE/PLA) manufacturer range covers trays, clamshells, containers and handled boxes for takeaway, delivery, fresh food, bakery and retail display. We develop the tooling, material and print specification around the working point, then confirm it with samples before mass production.
As a Disposable Thermoformed Food Packaging (PE/PLA) Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Thermoforming gives us thin-wall, rigid packaging with a defined cavity, rim and stacking geometry. We produce these parts in PE for toughness and moisture resistance, and in PLA for compostable food service programmes. The same forming platform supports clear, white, black and custom-coloured sheet, so a single tool can serve several SKUs.
Our range is built around the way food actually moves: hot counters, cold display, delivery bags, bakery shelves and retail chillers. Each format is specified by cavity size, wall thickness, rim type, lid or film closure and the temperature window it must survive.
| Product type | Typical application | Material options | Key configuration points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Handled roast chicken box | Hot deli, rotisserie, takeaway | PE, PLA | Handle geometry, venting, grease resistance |
| Clamshell containers | Burgers, salads, bakery, delivery | PE, PLA | Hinge life, lock tabs, stack height |
| Trays and platters | Fresh food, meat, produce, catering | PE, PLA | Cavity depth, drainage, film seal area |
| Round and rectangular bowls | Soups, noodles, desserts, ice cream | PE, PLA | Rim diameter, lid fit, heat tolerance |
| Lids and inserts | Leak control, compartmentalisation | PE, PLA | Snap fit, vent holes, divider layout |
Where a project needs a different format, we build tooling from a sample, drawing or 3D file. Related formats in our wider programme include Disposable Injection-Molded Food Packaging (PE/PLA) for thicker, heavier-duty parts and Disposable Plastic Roast Chicken Box With Handle for hot deli service.
PE sheet is the workhorse for hot, greasy and frozen foods. It tolerates low temperatures well, resists moisture and does not become brittle in a delivery bag. PLA is chosen when the end market requires a compostable or biobased substrate; it performs best in cold and ambient applications and needs a defined temperature ceiling in the specification.
Thermoformed packaging is judged on how it behaves on a filling line and in the customer's hand, not only on a drawing. We define the specification around these variables and confirm them on the sample.
Our facility runs multiple intelligent production lines and more than 200 advanced machines, which supports both regular repeat orders and larger seasonal programmes. Thermoforming tools are built for the specific cavity, so a new format starts with a tooling review covering draw ratio, material shrinkage and the forming window.
For automated filling and sealing, we align the flange geometry with the machine's sealing head and the denest behaviour with the magazine. Where a line uses pick-and-place or vacuum cups, the base profile and surface finish are adjusted so the part releases cleanly and stacks without jamming.
Our products are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC, and we hold ISO 45001 certification along with utility model patents and high-tech enterprise recognition. Food-contact performance, leak resistance and heat resistance are checked as part of the release process.
We offer tailored packaging solutions covering size, material, printing and structure. Custom work is supported by in-house design and engineering, and we also develop biodegradable coatings, recyclable structures and lightweight designs where a project calls for them.
Finished goods are packed in export cartons with the agreed count per carton and, where required, inner bags or shrink wrap. Our Yangtze River Delta location gives us access to mature sea, air and land logistics, and we coordinate order tracking through to delivery.
To prepare a workable configuration and quotation, we need the following project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the faster we can move to a sample.
| Input | What we need from you | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product format | Sample, drawing or 3D file | Defines tooling and cavity geometry |
| Food and temperature | Hot, cold, frozen or ambient; fill temperature | Drives PE or PLA selection |
| Line interface | Manual pack, sealing machine or automated line | Sets flange and denest requirements |
| Branding | Logo, artwork, colour reference | Determines print method and plate cost |
| Order profile | Annual volume, first order quantity, repeat pattern | Sets tooling and production planning |
| Compliance | Destination market and required documentation | Aligns testing and certification support |
In many cases yes, but the forming window and shrinkage differ between the two materials, so we review the cavity and wall thickness before confirming. A tool optimised for PE may need adjustment for PLA to hold the same dimensions and rim flatness.
A sample or drawing, the food type and fill temperature, the closing method (lid, film or none), the annual volume and the destination market. With those inputs we can propose a material, cavity size and tooling route, then issue a quotation for review.
Yes. We develop custom structures from samples, drawings or 3D files and support printing on the flange, base or lid. Artwork is reviewed against the forming draw so that decoration lands on the correct surface after forming.
We provide samples for testing, review and improvement before mass production. Once the sample is approved, we lock the specification and move to production, inspection, packing and delivery.
Our products are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC, and we hold ISO 45001 certification. We also hold utility model patents and high-tech enterprise recognition. Certification support is aligned with the destination market's requirements.
Yes. We supply Products across paper food packaging, plastic food packaging and cutlery sets, so a customer can consolidate thermoformed containers, paper cups, bowls and cutlery into one programme with coordinated delivery.
Our portfolio also includes Disposable Plastic Roast Chicken Box With Handle for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
